Experienced Practice Nurse to join friendly GP Surgery team in King's Lynn.

Flexible hours per week.

Experience in the following is desirable:

1. Chronic disease management (Asthma/COPD essential, others desirable)
2. Knowledge of Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF)
3. Knowledge of CQC requirements
4. Practice Nursing in a Primary Care environment
