Experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP Surgery team in King's Lynn.

Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk

Pay: £20 - £25 per hour (Part time)

Responsibilities:

1. Chronic disease management (Asthma/COPD essential, others desirable)
2. Knowledge of Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF)
3. Knowledge of CQC requirements
4. Practice Nursing in a Primary Care environment
