Experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly team in Loxford. Flexible hours per week.

Will be expected to carry out Smears, Imms, travel vaccinations, and dressings. Providing a caring environment for our patients is important.

Experience in the following is desirable:

1. Chronic disease management (Asthma/COPD essential, others desirable)
2. Practice Nursing in a Primary Care environment
