Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
2. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
3. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
4. Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
5. Monitor environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve HSE performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience in HSE management.
3. Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and environmental regulations.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
