About the location:

Key Responsibilities:
- L&D Systems Support, Content Creation, and Learning Needs Analysis:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the property’s Learning system, triaging requests and troubleshooting issues with Workday and LMS. Ensure team members are trained and supported in using these systems effectively. Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps and determine whether training or other operational solutions are the best fit. Develop and create engaging L&D content that aligns with identified learning needs and business objectives. - System Maintenance, Administration, and L&D Content Development:
Manage user accounts, including activation, deactivation, and system permissions. Regularly update learning records, align course completions, and support Learning Leads with resources and system maintenance. Create, update, and tailor L&D content to address identified learning gaps and support employee development. Ensure content is aligned with business priorities, adjusting based on feedback from learning needs analysis. - Data, Reporting, and Content Evaluation:
Ensure data integrity and generate reports on system usage, compliance with training standards, and employee engagement with the learning system. Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D content and interventions through data and feedback, adjusting content based on the results of learning needs assessments.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Expertise, Learning Needs Analysis, and Content Creation:
Advanced proficiency in business tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with HR systems like Workday or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable. Strong technical problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting, configuration, and user support. Experience in conducting learning needs analysis, ensuring training and operational changes are fit-for-purpose.
- Project Management, System Rollouts, and L&D Content Development:
Demonstrated experience in supporting system rollouts, including planning, implementing, and providing ongoing support. Ability to manage system-related projects, especially during new property openings or technology initiatives. Experience in developing L&D materials and programs that are informed by thorough learning needs analysis, ensuring they address identified gaps.
- Analytical & Data Integrity and Content Effectiveness:
Strong attention to detail and a logical mindset, ensuring high levels of data integrity in the Learning Management System (LMS) and related HR systems. Experience in generating compliance and usage reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives and standards. Ability to assess learning needs and content effectiveness through data-driven insights, ensuring training solutions meet the business requirements.

Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel on an ad-hoc basis to support new property openings and system rollouts within the region.
