We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning and Development Solution Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of education technology and learning methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge L&D solutions that leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. This position requires extensive experience in the education technology industry and a strong track record of developing scalable learning strategies, systems, and programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Extensive experience (3+ years) in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience working in the education technology industry, particularly in developing and managing tech-enabled learning solutions.
Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools such as virtual classrooms, gamification platforms, and eLearning authoring tools. Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Ability to drive change and innovation within a learning environment. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex L&D programs on time and within budget. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred): Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). Certifications in specific LMS platforms or educational technologies (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, etc.)
