About the role:
As an
Learning Activities Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the transformation of teacher-developed content into engaging lesson plans centered around active-learning activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring students spend more time participating in activities and less time passively consuming lectures. This position combines creativity, collaboration, and operational efficiency to deliver impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development and Delivery
- Collaborate with teachers to align on content objectives and lesson plans.
- Transform teacher materials into dynamic, activity-driven lesson plans using our activity catalogue.
- Develop scalable, asynchronous guides to onboard teachers on delivering the transformed content.
- Provide one-on-one support to teachers for complex or newly introduced activities when needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on progress, ensuring transparency in lesson transformation.
- Use feedback from quality assurance teams to refine and optimize activities.
- Maintain and update documentation on activity design and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with the product team to propose new activity ideas and prioritize feature updates that improve interactivity and engagement.

- Creative Content Designers: Strong ability to design interactive and engaging content that flows well and holds students’ attention.
- Exceptional Communicators: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating guides and engaging with teachers.
- Organized Self-Starters: Highly skilled in managing time, organizing tasks, and reporting progress independently.
- Education Enthusiasts: A genuine passion for improving the learning experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or workshop delivery.
- Analytical skills to reflect on data collected from learning activities and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Nearpod, Quizizz, or Canva (or a willingness to learn).
- A basic understanding of learning theories or an eagerness to develop expertise in this area.
