Job Description: Lead Predictive Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Lead Predictive Maintenance Technician to provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams, specifically in troubleshooting rotating equipment-related issues. The ideal candidate will also serve as a leader and mentor to other Vibration Technicians at SGPD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer day-to-day technical support for troubleshooting rotating equipment issues

• Lead and mentor Vibration Technicians at SGPD

• Conduct surveys for the Equipment Monitoring Program (EMP) and update/backup database for both online and periodic monitoring

• Provide vibration readings upon request and assist with troubleshooting and fault analysis

• Report any alarms or abnormal behavior observed during routine EMP activities

• Generate periodic vibration monitoring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

• Develop and implement Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs using ultrasound, thermography, and lubrication techniques

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related Technology field

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

• Certified in lubrication analysis (MLA-I/MLT) and Cat-II Vibration Analyst

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Ability to drive and possess a valid drivers license

• Experience in data analytics and programming
