Job Description:

• Coordinate and oversee activities of the clinics and clinical team members to ensure appropriate, compassionate, effective, and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients, working closely with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager to achieve the project's targets.
• Lead and empower the regional medical team; create a dynamic for innovation and successful implementation of the medical activities in alignment with the strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues, including operational and commercial teams, to create and drive medical product tactics that can enhance patient well-being and deliver value to both patients and their healthcare teams.
• Coordinate and supervise the clinical activities of clinical team members engaged in clinical care for patients for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
• Organize and assign duties and tasks to clinical team members.
• Establish clinical physicians' team member work schedules monthly and leaves schedule and arrange for backup as needed.
• Monitor daily performance of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
• Review and correct timesheets, review and respond to time-off requests.
• Evaluate performance of clinical team members and conduct verbal and written performance evaluations after 30 days, 90 days, and annually as needed.
• Assist with interviews and conduct orientation and training on clinical policies and procedures.
• Identify and recommend solutions to clinical team member and office issues or problems.
• Work with the client's medical team to ensure high quality of clinical services are delivered and their medical requests for treatment, diagnostic, and preventive services are completed with the best quality.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care for patients by reviewing and researching concerns or complaints and recommending corrective action as appropriate, working with the complaints department.
• Work with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure: Maintain adequate clinical supplies; ensure supply purchases are cost-efficient and within budget; ensure clinical equipment remains in operating condition; ensure crash cart remains up to date and in appropriate operating condition.
• Ensure clinical policies and procedures comply with current regulations; identify and recommend policies and procedures as needed to ensure quality, compliance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Assist the medical team to ensure delivery of high-quality medical care, ensuring clinical and non-clinical protocols are followed, and report any issues or incidents.
• Assist the Senior Operations Manager with improving and maintaining patient flow to ensure patients are seen timely and efficiently.
• Assist with or conduct periodic staff meetings with clinical team members.
• Attend clinical meetings and relay pertinent information to clinical team members timely.
• Attend periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to the position.

Education / Professional Qualifications

• 5 years practical experience after graduation (MBBS) with E&R in the last two years.
• Capability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
• Have completed additional occupational medicine training or acquired on-site experience after graduation at a similar occupational environment.
• Certified and licensed by Saudi MOH.
• Valid BLS with (ACLS / ATLS) certificate as per request and work situation.
• Excellent computer skills.
