Lead Mechanical Engineer (Piping)

We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer (Piping) to be based in Saudi Arabia. The Lead Mechanical Engineer (Piping) may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. He may have engineer/Senior Engineer grade Mechanical personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

1. At least fourteen (14) years of experience; ten (10) years of them within the field of Mechanical Engineering related to Piping for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.
2. PMC experience in a similar role for at least several years is preferable.
3. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures/practices is beneficial.
4. Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
5. Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support for both projects and confirm that Design basis and main piping interface components for connection of all equipment and PMS are in place.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
