The Tendering Lead will play a critical role in our Facilities Management team, particularly by managing the preparation of competitive and technically accurate proposals. This individual needs to be skilled at analyzing and interpreting RFPs especially in Arabic and English and translating these into structured, high-quality proposals that can effectively position us to win contracts. The focus is on candidates with 4-5 years of experience in a facilities management environment, ideally someone with a solid engineering background who has also developed a good grasp of the Saudi market and its unique requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) and 4-5 years of hands-on experience in tendering or proposal development within a facilities management context. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential, as is the ability to write technically accurate proposals. They must be detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills to handle cost estimations and financial analysis.
The candidate should also have experience working with platforms like Etimad and Ariba, as well as other similar procurement and tendering platforms, as familiarity with these tools will be essential for navigating technical submissions and client requirements. Additionally, strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and clients, a quick learner who can adapt to new requirements, and someone organized enough to manage multiple proposals simultaneously are also key.
