Lead Enterprise Architect

Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect who's passionate about driving change and creating impactful solutions? If so, we want you to lead a talented team of Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects for our client.

Salary Range: SAR 27,000 to SAR 30,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Location: Riyadh

Duration: 6 months renewable contract

As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you'll be at the forefront of shaping their architecture and ensuring they're adopting the best practices, tools, and technologies to drive success. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, lead a team of experts, and play a crucial role in the future of their architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of 4-5 EAs and Solution Architects, ensuring they are always moving forward and growing.
• Oversee the integration platform (Google Apigee) to ensure it's running smoothly and efficiently.
• Be part of the architecture quality assurance process, reviewing designs for major programs and ensuring everything is up to standard.
• Keep track of technical debt and suggest ways to improve and optimize the overall portfolio.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, ensuring sustainability with the right architecture practices.
• Maintain an architecture information repository and potentially lead the acquisition and implementation of a new EA tool in the future.
• Run the Architecture Governance Board (ARB), helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions on proposed solutions.

Key Requirements:

• TOGAF certified (a must-have!)
• 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• Strong understanding of EA best practices, standards, and governance.
• Experience in the real estate & development sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Arabic speakers are preferred for this role.
