Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. You will also be involved in the design, development, and implementation of construction projects, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion

. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team

. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications

. Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications

. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process

. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering

- Proven track record of successfully managing civil engineering projects

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
