Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead our dynamic team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on hospitality and F&B projects, with expertise in architectural design from concept to completion.

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design process, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with interior designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Design Leadership: Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring that projects meet client requirements and budget constraints.
2. Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on design development, detailing, and construction documentation.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers.
4. Quality Control: Conduct regular design reviews and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
2. 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on hospitality and F&B projects
3. Proven track record of leading and managing design teams
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
6. Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
