JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Managing Agent team, the Landscape & Irrigation Lead is responsible for the supervision and performance management of the client-appointed service provider, overseeing and managing all aspects of service delivery for the Landscape & Irrigation operations, maintenance, and project works to the public realm infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  1. Contractor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Landscape & Irrigation contractors. Review and evaluate contractor proposals, contracts, and work plans. Ensure compliance with contract terms, scope of work, and quality standards. Monitor contractor performance and provide regular feedback. Conduct KPI evaluations. Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  2. Project Oversight: Supervise all Landscape & Irrigation work to ensure it aligns with client expectations. Schedule and coordinate Landscape & Irrigation activities to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints. Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance. Address any issues or concerns that may arise during project execution.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all Landscape & Irrigation work adheres to safety regulations and local codes. Oversee the testing and commissioning of Landscape & Irrigation systems. Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Budget Management: Develop and manage the Landscape & Irrigation budget for the client. Track project expenses and provide regular budget reports to the client. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations as needed.
  5. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for Landscape & Irrigation work. Perform regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance. Identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability initiatives.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with the client, providing updates on project status and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Generate regular reports on project progress, budgetary status, and performance metrics. Prepare presentations for client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape & Irrigation engineering.
8+ years experience. Proven experience in Landscape & Irrigation project management, preferably in a managing agent or client-side capacity.
In-depth knowledge of Landscape & Irrigation codes and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license.
