Land surveyor vacancy in Medina Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a skilled land surveyor to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying techniques and equipment, as well as experience in conducting accurate measurements and producing detailed reports. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting data, analyzing information, and creating maps and plans for construction projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting field surveys using various equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and digital levels
2. Collecting and analyzing data to determine precise measurements and boundaries
3. Creating detailed maps and plans that meet project specifications
4. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate data collection and project coordination
5. Communicating effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
7. Maintaining accurate records of survey data and producing detailed reports on findings

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
3. Proficient in the use of surveying equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, and digital levels
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
7. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
8. Biometric passport

Salary: $1300 per month
