This is a remote role, ideally you would be located in or around Riyadh, but not essential.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships by making periodic contact/visits, exploring specific needs, resolving problems, and establishing service strategies.
Evaluating Channel partners' service abilities, maintaining skills matrix, identifying, and planning development and trainings for them.
Ensuring lean and accurate parts inventory within the region, using established work instructions to provide repair, calibration, certification, testing, and preventative maintenance services for all Hach equipment.
Actively promoting contractual service agreements and upgrade purchases of new equipment and providing training on Hach installed equipment to customers.
Following safe work practices appropriate for the environment including awkward or cramped spaces, electrical and mechanical hazards.
Performing other customer service-based duties as assigned.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A minimum of certificate or diploma in instrumentation, electrical, electronic, or equivalent. University degree is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
Proficient with commonly used electronic test equipment (such as digital voltmeters) & mechanical aptitude.
