Role Responsibilities
As a member of our Deals practice, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Depending on the business unit you’re interested in, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ideal Candidate profile
10+ years of relevant experience and within any one of these areas: Financial Due Diligence, Valuations, Financial Modeling, Growth Strategy, Post Merger integrations and carve outs, Corporate Finance, Civil Engineering Project Management, Digital / Data Analytics.
Experience of working in a Consulting or professional services environment would be an advantage.
Strong academic and industry background including either Finance, Accounting, Civil and / or Computer Engineering, Architecture, Data Management or other relevant fields.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, MBA, PMP, Taqeem would be an advantage.
Ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both internally with senior management, and externally with our clients.
Confident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiences.
Keen to support and drive business opportunities and growth
Willingness to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clients.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers.
Your flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development / personal needs and those of the business and our clients.
