About the Job: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT L1 Support & IT Management Specialist to join our IT team. This role involves leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through execution.

Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing project budgets. Track project expenses and ensure they align with the approved budgets. Present cost information to company management, clients, or project teams. Keep planning advice to the project management team.

Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum five years of experience in relevant fields.

General Accounting: Admin and Financial Duties, Payroll and other related admin duties. Aware about ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Custom regulations).

Stock Management: You will play a critical role in maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Marketing Responsibilities: Accountable for creating the marketing strategy, brand development across F&B brands, communication, and implementation.

Banking Domain Testing: Apply solid knowledge of banking workflows, including core banking systems or similar tools for test management and defect tracking. Bilingual communication is a plus.

Talent Acquisition: Work closely with senior management to understand the strategic goals and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.

Financial Controller: Manage all financial and controlling activities for the NEOM Project across EPC, Development, and OM activities.
