Job description

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen SSV to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in fine or casual dining restaurants, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, food quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation and service.
  • Maintain kitchen temperature control, food cost management, and color code compliance.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, and stock control to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor food storage, handling, and presentation to maintain quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Fine or Casual Dining (Preferred brands: Chilis, TGI Fridays, Applebees, Ruby Tuesday, or similar American/Italian restaurants).

Customer Service & Kitchen Management: Strong expertise in customer handling, kitchen supervision, and staff training.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of kitchen temperature control, food cost control, and hygiene standards.

Education: Hospitality or Culinary Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
