Job Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics flows and maintain database for all logistic activities.
• Apply best practices as applicable on logistics activities.
• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations.
• Coordinate with AHA and AH front office to ensure on time deliveries.
• Provide quotations in response to RFQ from the customer.
• Manage logistic flows from the PO from the customer until the delivery of the items.
• Update records of logistics activities.
• Investigate and expedite logistics issues that affect fleet availability.
• Provide periodic status updates via reports to Customer Logistics Manager.
• Apply continuous improvement approach to all logistic activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
