Key Logistics Manager Responsibilities

1. Manage logistics flows and maintain a database for all logistic activities.
2. Apply best practices as applicable to logistics activities.
3. Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
4. Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
5. Coordinate with AHA and AH front office to ensure on-time deliveries.
6. Provide quotations in response to RFQ from the customer.
7. Manage logistic flows from the PO from the customer until the delivery of the items.
8. Update records of logistics activities.
9. Investigate and expedite logistics issues that affect fleet availability.
10. Provide periodic status updates via reports to the Customer Logistics Manager.
11. Apply a continuous improvement approach to all logistic activities.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
