Job Summary Overview:
- Work in all areas related to Business Development. Build market insight and target potential prospects, highlighting new revenue opportunities and securing new business contracts.
- Responsible for handling client accounts in the company.
- Lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipating client needs, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Overview of markets, products, industries, and new technical developments to ensure service aligns with company interests.
- Ensure customer processes run smoothly for sustainable loyalty, maintaining close contact with customers from analysis to acquisition.
Tasks: Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
- Identify and develop client business relationships with regional and multi-national firms.
- Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target-driven environment.
- Utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business.
- Engage and build trust with clients professionally and ethically.
- Develop strategies for maximizing output and revenue generation for self and team.
- Manage the sales cycle of Key Accounts and complex solution-based sales.
- Translate business needs into potential solutions, leading the sales process.
- Estimate the financial impact of opportunities with clients and internally.
- Handle client contract negotiations.
- Strategize market intelligence to develop and target opportunities.
- Be a partner to clients, focusing on customer-centric and quality-driven approaches.
- Strategic planning to improve client results and outcomes.
- Understand key customer needs and requirements.
- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines.
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
- Stay informed about markets, products, industries, and technical developments.
- Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
- Monthly/Quarterly sales revenue accountability based on closed deals/projects.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
- Own and be accountable for CRM data.
Requirements and qualifications:
- BA and/or MBA with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong record of successful BD/KA projects.
- Proactive in making warm/cold calls to pitch business.
- Attention to detail is a prerequisite.
- A dynamic individual able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative with innovative campaign ideas to improve KPIs.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze data and leverage insights.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with design and copy teams.
