Haven Scientific is looking for a talented Key Account Manager.

The company: Haven Scientific is a Saudi factory licensed in the development and manufacturing of genomics testing kits.

Our Mission: Localized designing and manufacturing of diagnostic testing kits tailored to the local genetic and microbial composition.

Job Summary:

Haven Scientific is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be in charge of growing market share and ensuring each department meets the needs of their clients and customers. They handle client complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures. Additionally, they act as a link between the clients and the sales team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve consistent growth.
  2. Develop positive relationships with clients.
  3. Develop account strategy aligned with client priorities.
  4. Act as the point of contact and handle clients' particular requirements.
  5. Maintain a healthy sales funnel.
  6. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  7. Resolve issues openly and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain and grow comparable sales and market share to ensure sales increases.
  9. Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  10. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  11. Organize and lead key account meetings.
  12. Monitor sales data (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  13. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  14. Take ownership of own accounts and ultimate responsibility for all issues involving them.

Job Qualification:

Education for Key Account Manager:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences.

Experience and skills for Key Account Manager:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in vitro diagnostic sales.
  2. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  3. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  4. Good writing skills for creating documents, reporting, and planning.
  5. Excellent communication (both oral and written) and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  7. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  8. Ability to handle unforeseen issues and deviations.
  9. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  10. Excellent data collection, management, and analysis skills.
