Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Job Description:

  1. Support our local sales channels and their local sales team in the assigned region in meeting Key account Sales.
  2. Establish Key Customer scorecard, monitor performance, and improve areas of concern on a continuous basis.
  3. Establish/execute a prioritized hopper of projects for continuous improvement at key customers.
  4. Perform Marketing activities for the division including gathering marketing intelligence, competition analysis, market share, pricing, and studies on new products and potential.
  5. Lead projects for new products as per the growth driver's guidelines and work closely with Marketing and technical team.
  6. Work closely with Technical Service to keep building customer loyalty.
  7. Monitor the day-to-day commercial in-market performance of each dealer within a portfolio.
  8. Regularly liaise with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Identify new stream solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services.
  10. Secure dealer understanding of products and services offered by Kulzer.
  11. Project management of the roll-out of all new contracts and services.
  12. Provide industry-leading environmental reports to superior manager.
  13. Provide detailed information and reports to superior manager as and when required.
  14. Daily liaising with other team members/dealers associates to provide information and maximize Customer satisfaction.
  15. Promptly report to the team changes/trends in the marketplace as well as competitors initiatives.
  16. Keep activities costs under control.
  17. Meet with clients to provide education and promote the business through demonstrations, presentations, and other initiatives in line with the annual marketing plan.
  18. Contact clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.

At least two years of experience in the dental business in Saudi Arabia. Dentist to be preferred.

What Qualifies an Account Manager:

For the above-listed roles and responsibilities, there is more that a right candidate needs than just the right qualification and experience. Excellent communication skills are a major requirement for this position. The Key Account Manager needs to consistently address consumer concerns and offer clear and concise responses to their queries. This allows the account manager to effectively communicate with the customers and establish long-lasting relationships. Where communication is ambiguous or vague, consumers feel unfulfilled. Thus, both excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

The Key Account Manager must also have critical account management skills in planning and operational analytics practices. Proficiency in financial analysis is an added skill for a person in this profile.
