Dailymealz is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to be the main point of contact between the company and customers to ensure that customers’ needs are understood and satisfied. The Account Manager will handle complaints, collect, and analyze data to improve the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for listening to others and a drive for helping them. Applicants should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and in person to understand their business needs for building and maintaining relationships with them.
Create account plans for key clients, including setting goals, strategies, and action plans to achieve account growth and revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of account plans and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services and how they can be tailored to meet the specific needs of key clients.
Resolve customers’ issues as quickly and effectively as possible by working closely with relevant teams.
Collect data and conduct regular reports to track the account performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact key clients.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
2 to 4 years of proven experience in account management.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
