Overview of the role:

To drive aftersales growth through sub dealers network expansion to ensure optimal customer convenience, efficient service level for parts availability, process, training, while managing the overall service performance to consistently deliver seamless customer experience.


What you will do:

  1. Procurement of office-related goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  2. Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
  3. Authorized Service Center (ASC) program: Develop a comprehensive program to govern the relation between authorized service centers, dealership, and principal. Implement in line with strategic plan for KSA.

Stakeholder Liaison:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact to ensure efficient selection of ASC, develop & approve agreements, monitor optimal implementation of plan.
  2. Network Expansion plan.
  3. Selection criteria of ASC.
  4. Approval Matrix.
  5. Activation Plan including readiness guidelines.

Compliance & Standards:

  1. Dealer guidelines.
  2. Minimum training requirements.
  3. Dealer & Principal Compliance tracking.
  4. CI.
  5. Operational Support & Reporting: Monitor and optimize aftersales performance. Constantly evaluate through performance management to support the development and growth of all ASCs.
  6. Coordinate with principal on support required to allow seamless customer journey.
  7. Effectively manage ASCs through regular meetings to ensure corrective actions on issues pertaining, but not limited to:
  8. Repair standard.
  9. Parts procurement.
  10. Customer data sharing.
  11. Training certification.
  12. Customer Relations & complaint management.
  13. CI.
  14. Manage facility to comply with the Brand Corporate Image standards as well as HSSE standards.
  15. Develop operating manual to enable ASCs to ensure proper setup, tooling, deliver a quality service to customers in line with principal recommendations.

Required skills to be successful:

  1. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  4. Familiarity with office administration best practices, vendor management, and basic financial processes.

About the Team:

The Key Account Aftersales Manager will be reporting to the Aftersales Operations Manager.
