We are essentially looking for a Junior sales person to be our person on the ground in Saudi Arabia, to find and follow projects for the company.
This would require someone who is relatively knowledgeable in terms of lighting of the Saudi market. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience of the lighting market.
It is important that the candidate has a valid driving license and a car.
There will be in person on-boarding by us and our team in Riyadh, for them to familiarize themselves with our ways of working, with our whole team, as well as the specific manufacturers that we work with.
In our mind, it would be a good idea to target candidates who are already working for similar companies to Gulf Line, who have a deep understanding of the comings and goings in Saudi Arabia, or also who are relatively fresh out of university.
Follow and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and solidify its presence in Saudi Arabia.
Achieve growth by hitting the sales targets and KPIs.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel across the local market.
Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations with clients and customers.
Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.
Provide reports of field sales success and communicate effectively with the rest of the team.
The candidate’s direct report will be our Regional manager in Riyadh Saudi.
