Junior Quality Manager

MHP Food Trading is the official distributor of "Qualiko" frozen poultry and convenience food, produced by one of the leading European producers - MHP SE. MHP Food Trading was established in 2016, to capture the UAE market and strengthen its presence in the Middle East.

Job Responsibilities

1. Implementing and supporting the Safety management system in MHP’s entity in the MENA, elaboration and introduction of the policies and procedures.
2. Communication to the clients and Quality MHP UA regarding complaints about products’ quality and safety.
3. Investigating cases of complaints.
4. Conducting annual audits of the warehouses.
5. Communicating with state authorities, including dealing with SFDA and others.
6. Organizing and controlling laboratory research as part of investigations into complaints and other cases.
7. Visual assessment of products in response to client or partner queries.
8. Controlling the disposal process.
9. Executing all procedures for poultry products import from the quality and food safety perspective.
10. Gathering data and conducting research in the quality and food safety areas, along with regular legislation updates.
11. Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with colleagues and management.
12. Documenting quality assurance activities.
13. Making recommendations for improvement in this area.

Job Requirements

1. Knowledge of Food Safety (international standards BRCGS, IFS, ISO, and others).
2. 1-3 years of experience in Quality (food), preferably with meat products.
3. Knowledge of regulations (law) in Saudi Arabia.
4. Fluent in Arabic; English at least upper-intermediate.
