We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to CEQUENS' growth. This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound activities
Utilize CRM tools, email campaigns, and social media platforms to generate leads
Client Outreach:
Initiate conversations with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce CEQUENS' CPaaS / SaaS solutions
Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to position CEQUENS as the ideal partner
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads
Maintain a seamless handoff of prospects to account executives
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CPaaS / SaaS space
Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a sales 360 business development role preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom industries
Understanding of technology sales process
Proven new business hunting experience
Must be able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
