We seek a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Commercial Offices & Retail Team in Riyadh (KSA). The successful candidate will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and supporting research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Offices and Retail team with database consistency and quality
• Uploading relevant data in an internal CRM / property database platform
• Learning to understand the structure of commercial lease contracts in MEA
• Exposure to corporate property data and research platforms
• Working closely with the operations and research teams to understand what type of information is captured in quarterly property reviews and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and database systems quickly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in commercial real estate and market research
