Details:

Teachers are provided with extensive resources such as textbooks and other materials available from our resource room. Each classroom is equipped with a computer, projector, smart board, and whiteboard.

• All teachers are allocated their own desk and chair in an office shared with other teachers, which includes a computer and printer. We have a copy room with a copy assistant to assist with your copying needs.
• The school provides continuous Professional Development through IB External and IB Certified Internal Workshops. We are the first IB Continuum School in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and one of the seven in the Gulf Area, ensuring that our staff receive valuable training and support. On-the-job training and in-school workshops are also offered as needed to help new hires settle into our environment.
• Support for teachers includes:
  • Teacher’s File: This includes schedules, timetables, and lesson plans.
  • School Email / Portal Access: Teachers receive their own email address and JKS Portal credentials for accessing school resources and policies.
  • School Tour: A school administrator will provide a tour for new staff to familiarize them with facilities and introduce them to Heads of Departments and Coordinators.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the subject applying for.
• PGCE or QTS is preferable.
• Age range: 25-45 years.
• Single status.
• Languages required: English.
• Accepted nationalities: UK, South Africa, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, France.
• Hours per day/week: 28/8 day cycle.
• Start date: August 2023.
• Length of contract: 2 years.
• Work permit (single status): Provided.
