A long-established bilingual British/American curriculum school is hiring for the academic year of 2025/2026.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Start Date: August 2025
Contract Duration: Minimum 2 Years

Job Specification:

Position: Girls School Principal
Grade Level: 4 - 12
Sector: Girls Campus
Gender: Must be female in accordance with Ministry regulations
Qualification: Must have a Bachelor Degree in Educational Leadership
Curriculum Background: Preferred to be UK/US but may consider others
Language Proficiency: Excellent speaker of English

Other Requirements:

1. Any Arabic nationality (having a foreign nationality is an added value)
2. If Arabic candidate, the English language command should be perfect
3. If English Language speaker, experience in Arabic countries is preferred
4. Managed International school experience in Cambridge curriculum and the American Diploma
5. Understand the Arabic culture
6. Strong personality
7. Management skills
8. Planning and forecasting
9. Knowledge in staff evaluation, mentoring, and training
10. Able to follow the track
11. Communication skills and know how to deal with parents

This school caters for over 2000 students from KG to Grade 12, who are mostly Saudi Arabian and other Arab expatriate nationalities. It is not a typical western expatriate school. It is more of a bilingual school with a strong Islamic ethos.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: Tax Free Monthly SAR 20000-30000
Accommodation: Single in a gated community or a housing allowance
Flights: Annual for employee only
