IT Support Analyst

Mozn is on the lookout for an in-house IT Support Analyst. As an IT Support Analyst, you'll help ensure our systems are safe and secure and roll out initiatives to keep our team on their toes on ways to use our systems safely. You'll find opportunities to tighten the screws, you're a go-getter and ready to run with it.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide technical support for both MacOS and Windows machines physically and remotely
• Operate and support computer peripherals and accessories such as printers, screens, projectors, video conferencing, etc.
• Respond to support tickets on IT service management (ITSM) platform
• Participate in new systems deployment or installation projects
• Perform identity and access management (IAM); user accounts provisioning and de-provisioning, lifecycle management, and review
• Participate in management of SaaS platforms; M365, G Suite, Slack, etc.
• Participate in asset management and maintaining inventory up to date
• Participate in ensuring security controls are properly applied

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Diploma in computer science, engineering, or any relevant field; bachelor's degree is preferred
• 0-1 years of experience in a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows & MacOS operating systems
• Familiar with IAM concepts using common IDPs (Okta, AAD, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of security controls
• Familiar with cloud services
• A keen sense of detail; you measure twice, cut once
• Desire to live and breathe security; nothing gets past you!
