Provide IT technical support, troubleshoot computer issues, and maintain systems; strong knowledge of Windows and experience with Teams and Zoom required.
Lead a team in ICT and security system design, ensuring compliance with standards while possessing expertise in network technologies and troubleshooting.
Lead IT infrastructure management, focusing on network security, server administration, and IT assessments while ensuring adherence to ITIL standards and team development.

Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user high availability environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Graduate degree and transferable Iqama with a driving license.
