Reporting to: IT Infrastructure & Services Manager

Job Description:

1. Service Request Management: Ensure service requests are promptly acknowledged and resolved within specified timeframes, utilizing technical expertise to meet business objectives effectively.
2. Workflow Implementation: Develop and implement workflows to streamline the identification, receipt, documentation, distribution, and resolution of incidents and problems, thus enhancing departmental efficiency.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in departmental operations by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high service quality for internal customers.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Monitor and report on operational performance related to SLAs. Ensure the team effectively handles requests and issues, adhering to established service levels.
5. Change Management: Oversee the change management process, ensuring that changes to services and systems are planned, approved, and implemented with minimal disruption. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to manage expectations and provide training and resources as necessary.

Role Specification:

1. Degree in Information Technology
2. Proven experience in IT service delivery management or a related field, with a focus on change management principles.
3. Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
5. Ability to analyze data and produce meaningful reports on performance and service quality.
6. The position for Saudi nationals only.
