IT Service Supervisor - FMCG | Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Services Supervisor for a leading company in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

The ITServices Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery by managing service requests, improving workflows, and overseeing change management processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure service requests are acknowledged and resolved within specified timeframes, leveraging technical expertise to align with business objectives.
• Develop and optimize workflows to enhance the efficiency of incident and problem resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and foster collaboration.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service commitments.
• Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of service modifications with minimal disruption. Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide necessary training and resources.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven 2-4 years of experience in IT service delivery management with a focus on change management principles.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to analyze data and produce insightful reports on performance and service quality.
