IT Security Assistant Manager required for a Multi National Management Consultancy.
Our client is seeking a senior individual with at least 10+ years of professional experience. Candidates who have come from a strong professional services management background and have expertise in security experience with ISO 27001 / Business Continuity Planning, Disaster recovery, and IT Risk Assessment.
The role will be a hybrid mix of consulting / service delivery and business development within an advisory capacity. Project Management experience is highly beneficial and PMP certification would be a big plus. Candidates should have experience in managing large delivery teams across multiple projects. Proven business development skills are absolutely mandatory as my client is seeking the ability to win new clientele and maximize business opportunities.
Candidates need to have experience in managing large scale programs with P&L accountability, people management, vendor management, change management, transformation, process improvement and re-engineering, stakeholder management, SLA construction, and contract negotiation. Experience in managing business critical IT security focused projects is mandatory.
