IT Recruiter

Desired requirements:

• Saudi market experience mandatory
• Aware of local employment pass regulations
• In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.)
• Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or any related field
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Female candidates preferred
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, LinkedIn)
• Arabic speaking mandatory

Salary: SAR 10K - 18K

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Similar.
• 4-6 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment and account management.
• Coordinate with Business Development Team to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Social Media platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Experience in hiring IT Technologies
• Analyzing and clearly understanding job requirements from clients such as job description, qualifications, and other skills
• Operation and administration of recruitment & selection process.
• Candidates Interviewing and pre-screening CVs
• Sourcing the potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, job approach, and interview arrangement between client and candidate.
• Supporting clients and candidates for salary and benefits offer process and negotiation
