We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Manager to join our dynamic organization. As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, systems, and operations to ensure seamless functionality and maximum efficiency. Responsibilities:

  10. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop incident response plans.
  11. Manage IT budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  12. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring optimal service levels and value for money.
  13. Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  14. Assess skill gaps, conduct training programs, and promote professional development.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business needs.
  16. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  17. Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery, following ITIL best practices.
  18. Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor customer satisfaction.
  19. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry advancements.
  20. Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the adoption of new technologies.
  21. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  22. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  23. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.
  24. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and align IT solutions accordingly.
  25. Evaluate and recommend technology investments and upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
  26. Conduct research and feasibility studies for new technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
  27. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  28. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments.
  29. Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for specialized IT services and support.
  30. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  31. Prepare and present reports on IT operations, project status, and budget utilization.
  32. Continuously assess and improve IT processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  33. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  34. Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
  35. Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data through proper backup and recovery strategies.
  36. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related issues and bottlenecks.
  37. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to IT-related decision-making.
  38. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the IT department.
  39. Stay updated on relevant industry certifications and encourage team members to pursue professional development opportunities.
  40. Foster strong relationships with key technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
  41. Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide timely resolution.
  42. Lead IT change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or migrations.
  43. Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  44. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure IT operations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  45. Conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
  46. Implement and manage virtualization technologies to maximize resource utilization.
  47. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
  48. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including regular testing and updates.
  49. Lead IT procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
  50. Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  51. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT governance frameworks.
  52. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline IT operations.
  53. Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  54. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and privacy laws.
  55. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business units to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  56. Implement and maintain IT service management processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
  57. Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with internal customers and external vendors.
  58. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the IT team members and provide constructive feedback for their professional development.
  59. Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential applications within the organization.
  60. Collaborate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within the IT department.
  61. Manage IT vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and contract renewal.
  62. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  63. Oversee the deployment and management of IT security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
  64. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
  65. Develop and deliver IT training programs to enhance the technical skills of employees.

Skills Requirements:
