IT Officer (Location: Riyahd)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to manage and oversee our partner's IT infrastructure. This role involves handling IT assets, licenses, and security policies, as well as providing technical support and digital solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and be capable of managing various IT tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and services (Azure, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Experience managing Active Directory and implementing security policies
• Proficiency in network management, backup and recovery solutions, and software configuration
• Ability to develop and deliver user training and documentation
• Experience with vendor management and ensuring compliance with IT standards
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
