Job description
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure and Hardware Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, and related hardware.
- Manage and maintain all corporate hardware assets, including computers, servers, peripherals, and network devices.
- Ensure the reliability and security of all IT systems and data.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle of all hardware.
- Help Desk and User Support:
- Manage the IT help desk and ensure timely resolution of user hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support and training to employees on hardware and software use.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common IT hardware and software issues and solutions.
- Maintain and manage IT asset inventory, including hardware tracking and lifecycle management.
