Job description
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure and Hardware Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, and related hardware.
Manage and maintain all corporate hardware assets, including computers, servers, peripherals, and network devices.
Ensure the reliability and security of all IT systems and data.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
Manage the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle of all hardware.
Help Desk and User Support:
Manage the IT help desk and ensure timely resolution of user hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support and training to employees on hardware and software use.
Maintain a knowledge base of common IT hardware and software issues and solutions.
Maintain and manage IT asset inventory, including hardware tracking and lifecycle management.

Technical Skills:
Network Infrastructure:
LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi design, implementation, and management.
Routing and switching protocols.
Network security (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention).
Server Management:
Windows Server and/or Linux server administration.
