Job DescriptionResponsible for working with users either internal or external, including vendors/suppliers. To perform IT support on infrastructure and operation covering end-to-end process which include CSC, Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House process. Architect the infrastructure and design with related partners e.g. network provider, data center support, etc. to ensure store infrastructure fulfills current and future business requirements and security concerns. Manage operation support provider to achieve business requirements and IT service.
Being the leader of the IT department and point of contact for the IT team to ensure that all IT services are functioning properly to be able to operate the Hotel business as per the expectation and perform other tasks as assigned.
Perform risk management to minimize support risks, maintain infrastructure and application with knowledge of POS and all existing store systems, work closely with network and system support provider.
