IT and Cybersecurity Recruitment Specialist

CCDS is a dynamic leader in the IT and cybersecurity sectors, and we are currently seeking an IT and Cybersecurity Recruitment Specialist to join our human resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent to support our growing business needs in IT and cybersecurity. You will leverage your knowledge of the industry to understand the skills and qualifications necessary for various positions, from technical roles to executive leadership. Your expertise will be essential in attracting, screening, and selecting the best candidates to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT and cybersecurity professionals
2. Work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and identify candidate requirements
3. Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
4. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
5. Manage job postings and ensure they are updated across various platforms
6. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive experience
7. Stay updated on industry trends to effectively engage potential candidates

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. A minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT and cybersecurity sectors
3. Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity roles and the skills required for success
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
6. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
8. Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
