IT Administrator

DHL has an opening for a IT Administrator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform service desk procedures effectively.
2. Apply corporate security policies and procedures to end users.
3. Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations while meeting business and customer requirements.
4. Follow IT rationalization process “DePICT” in executing all projects and support activities.
5. Ensure all IT telecom, VoIP, switching, and routing infrastructure installations and setups meet industrial standards and compile detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy.
6. Develop and support IT telecom and network infrastructure solutions with agreed deliverables.
7. Plan and assess integration with IT applications and systems services where required to eliminate system hindrances.
8. Use system process analysis tools and methods, examine and document business processes and metrics, and identify improvement opportunities to streamline and automate processes and functions.
9. Draft and execute software testing and debugging plans to ensure functionality and quality.
10. Develop a culture of quality, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
11. Ensure appropriate talent knowledge maintenance organization and improvement.
12. Contribute to a team spirit of effectiveness in the team, building strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DPDHL managers.
13. Understand customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
2. 2+ years of experience in end user support solutions and services, telecom, networking, routing, switching, and VoIP.
