Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst/Associate (M&A & IPOs)

Our client is an Investment Banking advisory firm specializing in M&A and IPOs for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Saudi Arabia. The firm provides tailored financial solutions to support the growth and strategic objectives of local businesses, offering expertise in valuation, corporate finance, and transaction advisory.
This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview:
The Investment Banking Associate will play a key role in executing M&A and IPO transactions, providing financial advisory services to SME clients across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, or financial advisory, ideally gained from an investment bank or a Big 4 firm (corporate finance, valuation, or advisory teams).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence processes for M&A and IPO transactions.
- Prepare investment memorandums, pitch books, and transaction documentation.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and financial benchmarking to support client engagements.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating deals to maximize value for clients.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Support senior bankers in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and best practices in corporate finance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, or financial advisory.
- Background in a top-tier investment bank or Big 4 firm (corporate finance, valuation, or advisory team) is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Experience working on M&A and IPO transactions is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi financial market and regulatory environment is a preference.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; CFA, ACA, or MBA is a plus.
