Prepare the monthly and daily delivery plans of RM/PM, Co-packed SKUs and Consumable Materials.
Monitor the stocks in all depots and showrooms.
Determine the max and min inventory level in all sales depots and showrooms to ensure the sustain FG availability and the highest Customer Service Level.
Coordinate with local available suppliers for monthly/weekly call offs
Regular tracking of actual consumption vs planned of Inventory Materials
In charge of coordinating with co-pack suppliers for both demand and supply updates (including PR issuance and other related concerns)
Coordinate with Marketing team for all initiatives such as phase in/phase out
BOM Master Data custodian
FG Master Data custodian (for both Active and Non-Active SKU)
Coordinate with Demand Team (Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing) and Supply Planning Team (WH, Purchasing, R&D, Manufacturing and Production Planning) with regards to RM/PM requirements
Monitor the difference between supplier compliance between planned (purchasing plan) vs actual delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
35 years of experience in MRP, inventory planning, or supply chain management (FMCG or retail).
Strong knowledge of MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience managing material planning and production schedules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
