Interface Manager

The Role

• The Interface Manager for Offshore EPCIC Projects is responsible for managing and coordinating the interfaces between various project components, teams, and stakeholders. This role ensures that all interfaces are seamlessly integrated, issues are resolved promptly, and project objectives are met. The Interface Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration across different departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interface management or a similar role within the oil and gas Industry.
• Strong understanding of project management and integration processes.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Jira).
• Experience with specific systems, technologies, or projects relevant to the company.
• Advanced knowledge of interface management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Offshore EPCIC Project, especially in Subsea cable project is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably in offshore projects and at least 10 years’ experience in EPCIC projects.
