Job Overview:
Develop and execute robust and comprehensive demand planning strategies and implement across PepsiCo ME BU in alignment with BU and OU requirements.
Act as interface between sales and supply chain by ensuring accurate sales forecasts for planning.
Lead and continuously improve the S&OP process for ME business in collaboration with sales, category, and supply planning to ensure execution of plans for business.
Responsible for providing support to the BU Sales force in meeting their monthly targets through following up on orders and ensuring effective decisions for stock rotation across warehouses at optimal inventory levels with cost-effective tools.
Provide useful insights to help improve forecast accuracy that would eventually drive costs down.
Responsibilities:
- Manage orphan data for the ISCP DP module ensuring the demand planning process is followed through weekly/monthly forecasting for all selling locations that fall under the BU (Saudi, UAE, GCC, and Levant).
- Follow up with FG imported suppliers for order status and tracking.
- Coordinate with clearance agency for smooth documentation flow and release of import shipments.
- Formulate daily priority with KSA warehouse team for orders dispatch.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained in all DCS to fulfill daily sales by stock rotation either through SSFL truck or outside party.
- Promotion transfers to all DCs as per allocation advised by trade marketing.
- Register new SKUs with municipality and follow up for lab test results when needed.
- Accountable for forecasting sales demand as per the S&OP cycle to ensure better planning and execution.
- Continuously improve the S&OP process to facilitate business decisions on driving profitable growth.
- Institutionalize best practices and supporting tools as guided by sector, driving capability, digitization, and agile and synchronized supply chain planning, to deliver optimized costs and productivity.
- Accountable for ensuring all demand planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rates, NPD timelines, are met within stipulated timelines in the most optimum manner for business.
- Support execution of innovations, changeovers, NPDs within stipulated timelines to support the innovation agenda for PepsiCo.
- Facilitate planning for AOP and SBP in collaboration with Sales, P&P, and Supply Planning.
- Act as the single point of contact for Sales teams for forecasting future sales and providing necessary inputs to supply planning to ensure execution.
- Custodian of FG write-off to ensure it is kept to a minimum and has constant improvement year on year through efficient planning and collaboration with Sales and Supply Planning.
Experience:
6+ years of Supply Chain/Logistics Operations with preferred FMCG experience.
Experience in leading a mature S&OP enabled Supply Chain team.
Excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skill: Engineer/Business with an MBA preferable from a premier SC institute.
An excellent working knowledge of Supply Chain processes and systems.
An extensive understanding of Supply Chain Management, both operations and development, and a good working knowledge of the broader Supply Chain Industry.
